Large-scale Master Planning and Urban Design for major Integrated Destinations
In this example, we were retained to master plan and later design all the main buildings for the 2nd and 3rd valley portion of Gohtong Highlands, which define the primary Base villages for the overall Integrated Mixed-use Destination that will be one of the key sites for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games. This site area is approximately 50 Ha. and includes a total building area of 500,000 sm, consisting of seven Hotels, Residential, Retail / Dining + Entertainment buildings, an Amusement Center, Performance Venues, Conference and Exhibition Space, Wellness, Sports and Recreation Facilities. Recent Project example - Provided critical analysis, design consulting and intensive design expert witness services for a major multi-billion (HKD) project in Hong Kong. Authored over 500 pages of detailed forensic analysis covering the architectural design, scheduling, cost control, multi-disciplinary consultant coordination and construction aspects of the project, and provided expert testimony - which, over a two year time frame, ultimately led to a 100% total victory and commercial success for our client in arbitration hearings.
